We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most standard orders will be dispatched within one work week or sooner. Some orders may be delayed due to custom items, backorders, or carrier issues. We are upfront about timeframes and try to keep up to date with ETA’s on all of our orders.
We utilize both USPS, and UPS for our shipping. Most standard orders take 1-5 business days once shipped within the USA. Expedited shipping methods are available from next day to 3 day. International orders take 3-10 days in most cases. The current shipping climate since COVID has caused some delays, but tracking numbers are always made available to our customers.

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and check/money orders. Please select your most convenient option when checking out.
Although we stand behind all of our products, we know that returns happen. We ask that you reach out to us within 30 days of purchase date to set up a return.
We offer a large selection of rebuilds and exchange items. Exchange items are rebuilt versions of your original one. All you need to do is send us your item, and you will be refunded the core charge applied to the sale of the exchange item.
Please send back the core within two weeks of receiving your item so we can refund the core charge back to you as soon as possible.
